Ashurst adds new board members
Global law firm Ashurst has revealed changes to its board, with one partner re-elected and another appointed to the board and commencing 1 November.
Ashurst has re-elected partner David Jones to its board and added Lynn Dunne as a new member.
Ms Dunne is the co-managing partner of Ashurst’s London office and a partner in the dispute resolution practice in London. She also leads the EMEA Contentious Financial Services Group, including the Contentious Restructuring and Insolvency Group, and is best known in the market for having a specialised financial institutions strategic advisory practice covering banking disputes, internal and regulatory investigations and insolvency (including cross-border insolvency) and restructuring disputes.
Ashurst global chair Karen Davies congratulated Mr Jones and Ms Dunne on their board positions.

The board will now comprise global chair Karen Davies, global chief executive Paul Jenkins, partners Phil Breden, Lynn Dunne, David Jones, Kylie Lane, María José Menéndez, chief financial officer Mark Herbert and independent board members Wu Gang and Robin Lawther.
