Aerospace engineering company advised on Series B funding round
AMSL Innovations (AMSL) has completed its Series B equity funding round, as the company continues to develop its “Vertiia” electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft.

Deal significance: With support from the St Baker Energy Innovation Fund, IP Group Australia, TelstraSuper and Hostplus in the Series B round, AMSL will use the funding to propel the company’s future growth and achieve important technical and commercial milestones.
AMSL is an aeronautical engineering company that is developing an electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft, proposing a new mode of safe, affordable and energy-efficient transport for passengers.
Its Vertiia aircraft is the world’s most efficient electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft. Its aerodynamic and structural design allows it to travel further using less energy.
Vertiia is purpose-built for the aeromedical, emergency services and passenger markets and will “provide a new mode of safe and affordable transport”, according to a statement from AMSL.
The founders of AMSL Innovations, Andrew Moore and Siobhan Lyndon, said that Ms Boyce was recommended to them as an experienced adviser to growing companies.
