Carlisle Health buys Bundaberg Radiology Group
In a bid to continue to grow within the Australian market, Carlisle Health has acquired a Queensland-based radiology group.

Deal significance: Carlisle Health is a privately owned and fast-growing company specialising in the medical diagnostic imaging sector in Australia. Carlisle Health aims to use technology effectively as part of providing its services to patients in Australia and was delighted to acquire the Bundaberg Radiology Group as part of its growing portfolio.
Jason Nagy, director and co-founder of Carlisle Health, said that the acquisition “is an important milestone for Carlisle Health and its continued growth within the Australian market”.
