Hunt & Hunt bolsters commercial practice
Hunt & Hunt has bolstered its corporate and commercial team with the addition of a new principal, who joins from HWL Ebsworth.
Joining the firm’s Melbourne office, new principal Marianna Parry brings a wealth of experience to the firm and was most recently a special counsel at HWL Ebsworth.
Hunt & Hunt Victoria managing principal Tony Raunic said that Ms Parry’s nuanced knowledge would be a welcome addition to the team.
“With her extensive legal knowledge and solutions focussed approach to issues in transactions, Marianna shares Hunt & Hunt’s client focussed values and ‘Genuine People, Practical Solutions’ ethos,” he said.
“Her experience working across a wide range of transactions, from well publicised deals involving multinational companies to assisting start-ups Marianna fits perfectly with the work undertaken by Nick Miller and our corporate and commercial team.”
Corporate and commercial practice group leader Nick Miller added that the new appointment would be a great benefit to clients.
