Rex assisted in acquisition of National Jet Express
Global firm Baker McKenzie has advised Rex Group (Rex) on their acquisition of 100 per cent of National Jet Express (NJE), the regional services arm of Cobham Aviation Services.

Deal significance: ASX-listed Rex is Australia’s largest independent regional and domestic airline, operating a fleet of 122 aircraft with flights to 58 destinations throughout all states in Australia.
NJE is a leading provider of fly-in fly-out (FIFO) services in Western Australia and South Australia. It also operates freight services from Sydney to Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and the Gold Coast, as well as air charter services in Papua New Guinea.
