DCC promotes 9
Davies Collison Cave and Davies Collison Cave Law have elevated nine staff across both practices, including the promotion of two to principal.
Davies Collison Cave (DCC) and Davies Collison Cave Law (DCCL) have promoted nine across both their law firm and their patent and trademarks attorney firm.
Ms Chan is a registered trademark attorney in DCC’s Melbourne office and specialises in all aspects of trademark law, in addition to advising on clearing, registering and enforcing trademarks in Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific islands and internationally. She also has significant experience in the conduct of opposition proceedings, non-use actions and the enforcement of trademark and related rights.
Mr Hoe Khoo is a registered patent agent in DCC’s Singapore office. He is experienced in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications in the areas of life science-related disciplines, including molecular biology, protein engineering, immunotherapy, antibody therapeutics, vaccines and medical diagnostics — as well as providing patent validity and infringement advice.
Within DCCL, Felicity Dalle Nogare has been elevated to the position of managing associate in Melbourne.
Additionally, Amelia Nowosilskyj, Chloe Wildman and Grace O’Connor have been elevated to senior associate across both firms; and Jie An Yang, Lawrence Wong and Simon Broner have been promoted to associate within DCC.
DCC Group managing principal Michael Wolnizer said that the new promotions support the firm’s continued growth across the Asia-Pacific region.
“I congratulate each individual. These promotions are a significant career milestone for each individual and reflect their diligence, commitment and contribution not only to our team and clients, but to the industry as a whole,” he said.
“With so many talented attorneys and lawyers being promoted, our firm’s future has never been stronger.”
