Halo Group appoints ASX compliance specialist as executive director
Andrew Black – an ASX specialist – has been appointed by Halo Group, which owns BigLaw firm Hamilton Locke, as executive director working with the firm’s businesses.

Mr Black, the company said in a statement, has deep expertise and a unique understanding of the ASX listing rules, guidance notes and policy, drawn from his 20-plus years working as a senior member of the listings compliance team at the Australian Securities Exchange.
Halo Group emphasised that entities now have access to Mr Black’s deep ASX regulatory experience and his unrivalled access to senior ASX personnel, alongside Hamilton Locke’s legal expertise and Emerson CoSec’s company secretarial and governance capabilities.
