Firm: Allens (Bain Capital LLC)

Key players: The Allens team was led by corporate partner Noah Obradovic, with assistance from partner Tom Story, senior associate Joy Yoon, associate Georgie Leahy and lawyer Patrick Daaboul.
Deal significance: Based outside Sydney, OAC operates approximately 75 campuses located in the Australian states of NSW, Victoria, and Queensland, with roughly two-thirds located within the greater Sydney area.
Mr Obradovic said the deal was expected to complete in the coming months.
“We congratulate our long-standing client Bain Capital on the sale of OAC,” he said.
