Weston Williamson + Partners’ Australian operations sold to Egis
UK-headquartered architectural practice Weston Williamson + Partners has been advised on the sale of a controlling stake of the Australian aspects of the company to consulting and engineering group Egis.

Key players: The Hall & Wilcox team was led by partner Oliver Jankowsky, who was supported by senior associates Joy-Yi Zhao and Jasmine Koh and lawyer Adren Choon. Partners Karl Rozenbergs, Alison Baker and Katrina Reye, senior associates Jessica Kamleh and Nhu Thuy Dinh, and lawyers Mikaela Bensley and Michael Tran also lent support.
Deal significance: Speaking about the sale, Mr Jankowsky said: “The collaboration between the various teams in different locations was exciting.
“I was pleased to have been part of achieving a good outcome for the clients after having seen the company enter the Australian market and then having helped it grow in Australia over the last few years.”
