Deal significance: Corrs advised on various aspects of the acquisition from Archer Capital and other minority holders by way of a share sale and purchase agreement, drawing on the combined experience of the corporate, property and projects, privacy, data and IP, competition, tax, employment and labour, banking and finance, and environment and planning teams.
