TPG, Telstra into 10-year network sharing agreement
TPG Telecom has been advised on its “landmark” network sharing agreement with Telstra.

The deal will boost TPG’s 4G coverage to 98.8 per cent of the population, up from 96 per cent. It is subject to approval from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

Deal significance: Speaking about the deal, Mr North said: “This is a significant agreement for TPG, Telstra and consumers across Australia who are set to benefit from an expanded mobile network.
“This deal builds on our track record of advising TPG, and the sector more broadly, on the most strategically important transactions in the telecommunications industry.”
