BigLaw program designed to take graduates through legal tech
Through formal and on-the-job training, graduates enrolled in a new BigLaw program will be exposed to a number of legal technology and innovation projects.
Aspiring lawyers seeking an “alternative career” in the world of legal technology and innovation can now apply for Allens’ new Legal Transformation Graduate Program where they will rotate through the “market-leading” legal technology, legal project management, product lab and innovation centre teams.
During Allens’ program, graduates will gain experience training formally and “on the job” in a number of disciplines, including data analytics, contract analysis, design thinking, project management and change management.
The rotations will begin in March 2023 and will run in both Melbourne and Sydney, with applications now open for students seeking a career in legal technology.
“Innovation is, and always has been, part of our DNA. This program builds on our commitment to innovation and efficiency in the delivery of legal services to clients.
“With a focus on attracting the brightest minds in law and technology, graduates will be embedded with our lawyers, technologists and innovation experts to develop and embed digital solutions that not only provide our clients with greater value, but improve the experience of our lawyers,” Ms Kozaris said.
