Azure Consulting acquired by global consulting firm
Oliver Wyman has officially acquired 100 per cent of Perth-based consulting firm Azure Consulting.

Key players: The DLA Piper team was led by Melbourne-based partner Mark Burger, who was assisted by solicitor Daisy Eales.
Deal significance: The acquisition will assist Oliver Wyman, which is a business of Marsh McLennan, in its growth strategy for Australia and expand its position in the energy and natural resources sectors, advancing its efforts to continue supporting clients in the transition to a net zero future.
Mr Burger said DLA Piper was “pleased to advise Oliver Wyman in support of this acquisition”.
“The acquisition was in alignment with the client’s global growth strategy and is a demonstration of the work we do globally in acquisitions,” he said.
