Grow Finance advised on $300m warehouse securitisation

Global law firm Ashurst has advised Grow Finance on its $300 million warehouse securitisation for equipment finance and other products.

Deal: Non-bank lender for SME businesses, Grow Finance, has been advised on its $300 million warehouse securitisation for equipment finance and other products.

Area: Structured finance.

Value: $300 million.

Key players: The Ashurst team was led by partner Jennifer Schlosser, senior associate Emma Malone, associate Yang Shu and graduate Carl Gerstle, who were supported by partners Geoffrey Mann and Ian Kellock, counsel Bronwyn Kirkwood, senior associate James Sainty and graduate Hayley Young.

Deal significance: This facility, the firm said in a statement, is “an important funding source for Grow Finance as it expands its SME lending business and develops a range of new financial products beyond its traditional asset and business funding space”.
