KHQ Lawyers strengthens food and beverage team
KHQ Lawyers has bolstered its team with the appointment of a new hire, who will lead the food and beverage team as its principal lawyer.
Food and beverage lawyer Charles Fisher has over a decade of experience advising and conducting training on food and beverage marketing, compliance, labelling, classification, licensing, safety and crisis management.
KHQ’s managing director, David Kelly, said Mr Fisher’s appointment complements and expands the firm’s existing capability.
“We’re excited to have Charles join our team. He is highly regarded in the food and beverage sector, and his vision and expertise complement our existing offering,” he said.
“He will no doubt lead the practice to bigger and better things.”
Mr Fisher commented: “It is so wonderful to join such a happy mix of exceptional leaders. My niche expertise is now one more string to an already robust and full-service legal bow at KHQ.
“It feels like my thirteen years of staring at Australian and New Zealand food regulations have found the right home to best service the food and beverage industries around the world.”
