‘Major investment’ made in Seertech Solutions
Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Seertech Solutions on what’s being dubbed a major investment by Quadrant Private Equity.

Key players: The Norton Rose Fulbright team was led by partner and global co-leader of its digital transformation practice, Nick Abrahams, and senior associate Oliver Kabongo.
The pair were supported by partners Jason Noakes, Greg Reinhardt, Marshall Bromwich, Stephen Iu and Tim Mornane, special counsels Michael Nightingale, Seema Mishra, Jim Lennon and Luke Bona, and associate Henry Yuan.
Deal significance: Founded in 2003, Seertech Solutions is a leading learning software company that delivers learning and compliance management software solutions to enterprise customers globally across many industries, including technology, financial services, mining, transport, healthcare, and government.
Meanwhile, Quadrant is one of Australia’s leading private equity firms.
This transaction represents the first investment by the $530 million Quadrant Growth Fund 2.
