After a decade at its Elizabeth Street location and almost 50 years in St Leonards, the College of Law head office is moving to a new George Street location.

As of early 2022, the national and international headquarters for the college will be at 570 George St, Sydney, in what the college said is an exciting move that is “both a symbolic and a direct representation of a modern and progressive professional education services provider on an international scale”.

The new location will also merge the St Leonards and CBD NSW teams together in one office. Opposite Sydney’s Town Hall, the new premises has extensive floor space to accommodate over 300 staff and purpose-built facilities, including upgraded teaching and learning spaces for students, spacious workstations, collaborative breakout areas, modern kitchens and more.

Additionally, the ground floor of the building will also include a mezzanine, auditorium, a dedicated internal lift as well as two different entrances.

College of Law CEO Neville Carter said he was excited about the move, particularly after a turbulent 18 months.

“This is an exciting next chapter and represents a milestone and our commitment to the future – especially given the uncertainty every business and industry has endured over the last 18 months,” he said.

“A fruitful new chapter in the college’s rich history lies ahead.”
