Kip Fitzsimon has been appointed as a partner within Allens projects, real estate and development practice.

Ms Fitzsimon brings an extensive background to the partnership, having specialised in construction and major projects across the infrastructure, property, and energy and resources sectors. According to Allens, she has advised a broad range of clients on various aspects of project development for some of Australia’s most iconic projects.

The appointment of Ms Fitzsimon comes as the firm looks to strengthen its offering in major infrastructure and development work, according to Emma Warren, partner and practice group leader of the projects, real estate and development team.

“We are very excited to welcome Kip to the Allens team. She brings with her 14 years’ experience and a comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs across large and complex projects,” Ms Warren said.

“We also look forward to leveraging Kip’s strong leadership and mentoring skills to continue developing our team, building fulfilling careers, and offering value to clients.”
