HopgoodGanim Lawyers announces vaccination benefits
An Australian law firm has announced new initiatives for vaccinated employees, as well as additional community support in the midst of COVID-19.
HopgoodGanim Lawyers has announced new vaccination benefits for all staff, as part of two new initiatives the firm said will “support the provision of a safe and healthy environment for all our people and to support those in our community who have faced hardship as a result of COVID-19.”
Furthermore, HopgoodGanim has committed to providing donations to two charity partners as more employees get vaccinated. The firm will support the Queensland Salvation Army’s Homelessness Diversion Program as well as support Lifeline in Western Australia in providing essential training for telephone counsellors.
“Donations will be made incrementally as the number of our employees who have received their full vaccination increases,” the firm said in a statement.
The announcement follows the news that national law firm Moray & Agnew has signed up for UNICEF’s Give the World a Shot campaign, to better support vaccination efforts globally.
Last week, the firm announced its support for the UNICEF Give the World a Shot campaign, which will see it donate the amount needed to vaccinate at least one person in an international jurisdiction in need for every employee of the firm who receives their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine by 31 December 2021.

The annual survey, which is partnered by Momentum Intelligence, also forms the basis for the Top 25 Attraction Firms ranking, identifying the firms legal professionals most want to work for. To take part in the survey, click here. The survey will close on 15 September.
