NRF appoints 7 new sector leaders
Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright announced a range of new global sector leads, including one Melbourne-based partner.

Global law firm NRF has appointed seven new sector leaders, including Melbourne-based Cameron Harvey, who has been elevated to global head of consumer markets and head of litigation.
Gerry Pecht, Norton Rose Fulbright’s global chief executive, said that the new appointments would sharpen the firm’s sector approach.
“Twenty years ago, Norton Rose Fulbright differentiated itself by becoming the first global law firm to be organized along industry lines. That strategic foresight led us to become market leaders in our sectors,” he said.
“We went on to gain an even deeper understanding of our clients’ businesses, enabling us to deliver legal solutions that are consistently insightful and innovative.”
Mr Harvey joins newly appointed Rosalind Lake in leading Norton Rose Fulbright’s consumer markets practice and joins the following global sector leads for the firm:
- Financial institutions led by James Bateson
- Energy, infrastructure and resources led by Anne Lapierre, John Mauel and Doug Buchanan
- Transport led by Christine Ezcutari and Duncan Batchelor
- Technology led by Stella Cramer and Rich Zembek
- Life sciences and healthcare led by Jonathan Skidmore and Randy Sutton
Jane Caskey, Norton Rose Fulbright’s global chief client officer, added that the new promotions across the globe would benefit both the firm and its clients.
“We need to remain aligned with how our clients are reorganising and positioning themselves for the future. Our diverse teams have in-depth insight into the legal issues and risks our clients face, enabling us to provide proactive, informed, and strategic advice,” he said.
“Norton Rose Fulbright’s industry knowledge is worldwide, as is our choice of sector leaders. Our sector leads are located in the US, UK, Canada, France, Australia, Singapore and South Africa. We are committed to providing exceptional client service across our key sectors around the globe.”
