1 director, 4 senior lawyers appointed at KHQ Lawyers
KHQ Lawyers’ taxation and structuring team head has been appointed a director of the firm as four other lawyers advance into new positions.
New director Prath Balasubramaniam, who joined the firm two years ago, has been praised for “managing and growing the tax team to a position of strength in very difficult circumstances”. His new role as director has been welcomed by managing director David Kelly as the firm plans its position “through to 2026 and beyond”.
On the promotion of Mr King, Mr Kelly commented: “Venn has built a strong reputation in the financial services sphere and is one of a very small number of people outside large international firms who specialise in this area.
“His expertise adds significant depth to the firm’s growing corporate and commercial team. It’s been greatly satisfying to watch Venn grow his expertise and practice since joining KHQ, and we are excited for his expansion plans in the new financial year.”
