Deal: K&L Gates has assisted GlobalX in securing its merger clearance from the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) for its proposed sale to Dye & Durham Corporation.

Key players: The team was led by lead partner Ayman Guirguis and lawyer Mei Gong. 

Deal significance: GlobalX is one of Australia’s leading technology companies with operations across Australia and the UK. GlobalX specialises in innovative tech solutions and support services for firms, conveyancers, financial institutions, property planning professionals and government bodies. 

Mr Guirguis said: “It has been a pleasure working with GlobalX to secure this outcome and to assist in achieving value for the owners of GlobalX.”
