Portfolio sale set to bolster Tassie tourism
National law firm Holding Redlich has advised on the sale of RACT Destinations tourism portfolio of hotels and marine tourism services.

Key players: The legal team advising on the deal comprised Holding Redlich partner Ron Eames, senior associate Grace Wimberley, associate Megan Cumming and lawyer Samantha Moores.
Deal significance: According to a statement from Holding Redlich, the transaction represents a significant disposal of RACT’s iconic tourism portfolio in Tasmania to NRMA “which signifies confidence in Tasmania’s tourism industry”.
Commenting further Holding Redlich partner Mr Eames said: “The sale by our client RACT, is a significant part of RACT’s strategy within Tasmania and we were privileged to have been able to help.
“This was a challenging and rewarding transaction to be a part of and great to see RACT and NRMA negotiate such a significant deal.”
