National firm partners with membership program to promote female leaders
A former corporate lawyer has partnered with an independent, national firm to bring her network of female leaders and entrepreneurs under a major spotlight.

The Hall & Wilcox Frank Lab accelerator program has partnered with former lawyer Sheree Rubinstein’s One Roof, a membership-based networking program for female leaders. As part of the partnership, Ms Rubenstein will mentor women selected for Frank Lab while the firm covers the cost of their One Roof membership and benefits.
“For the last six years, One Roof was well known as the leading co-working operator in Australia dedicated to women-led businesses. When COVID-19 hit, the business was forced to pivot swiftly, return all capital investors and shift the co-working empire to a digital model,” Hall & Wilcox commented in a statement.
“In just over six months, One Roof has onboarded 450+ members across the country, hosted 200+ virtual masterclasses, co-hosted a massive female founder pitch night and seen great success among their community and membership.”
Successful applicants to the Frank Lab program will receive an initial $5,000 worth of legal services and will partner with an experienced lawyer as their own trusted adviser to help them identify legal needs and achieve commercial objectives.
