Unispace sells to PAG Asia Capital
Unispace Global has successfully been sold to PAG Asia Capital with legal assistance from Allens.

Key players: The Allens team consisted of M&A lead partner Noah Obradovic who was assisted by partner Tom Story, senior associate Joshua Hoare, associates Andrew Lee, Natasha Ng and Andrew Mon and lawyer Jialu Xu. They were also assisted by intellectual property partner Joel Barrett, employment partner Sikeli Ratu and banking lawyers Tim Stewart and Aaron Wong.
Deal significance: Founded in 2010, workspace design firm Unispace Global has more than 600 employees in 48 locations and 26 countries, with clients including Facebook, Coca-Cola and Johnson & Johnson. The sale sees the shareholders of Unispace Global sell their entire interest in the business to PAG.
