Infosys Technologies to buy award-winning design agency
Clayton Utz has advised Infosys Technologies Limited on its agreement to acquire what’s being described as one of Australia’s leading and award-winning experience design agencies.

The Infosys in-house legal team that advised on the acquisition included group general counsel and chief compliance officer Inderpreet Sawhney, principal legal counsel Subodh Sista and senior legal counsel Abhishek Sharma.
Meanwhile, Carter Digital was advised by Julia Adams of Shiff and Company Lawyers.
Deal significance: According to a statement from Clayton Utz, Carter Digital is known for its holistic approach and “people first, design later” mantra, connecting digital to physical experiences in the consumer, commerce, technical and corporate environments.
“Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, enabling clients in 46 countries to navigate their digital transformation, with this transaction strengthening its global design and experience offerings,” the statement said.
Commenting further, Clayton Utz’s lead partner on the transaction, Mr Mansour, said: “We congratulate Infosys and Carter on this transaction, in what is a rapidly evolving digital space”.
