RDO Group completes Series Seed raise
Herbert Smith Freehills has advised RDO Group on its Series Seed capital raise and restructure.

Deal significance: The round was funded by ImageSoft, Inc., a US-based technology company specialising in workflow solutions and court case management systems.
The partnership with ImageSoft will provide capital to enable the further development of the RDO platform and facilitate the company’s expansion into the US and Canada.
