The Australian partnership at Dentons has reappointed its national chair and regional chief executive for a further two years.
Doug Stipanicev has been reappointed to the role of chair in Australia and Australasia region CEO at Dentons for a further two years, starting from January 2021.
“Since becoming the Australia chair, Doug has led the firm from strength to strength, implementing a new strategic vision, and leading the combinations with Dentons Fisher Jeffries in Adelaide and Dentons Kensington Swan in New Zealand, to continue to grow and strengthen the firm’s presence in Australasia,” she proclaimed.
“Doug has also steered Dentons through the challenging COVID-19 pandemic, championing a culture of care and transparency with employees, focussing on our clients and ensuring the Firm remains in a financially strong position.”
The firm said that its partnership is looking forward to seeing Dentons’ “continued regional growth” under the leadership of Mr Stipanicev, who has previously served as head of the firm’s Perth office and has been a member of the board for the past seven years.
