Coudert Brothers advised Japanese-based Matsushita Investment and Development (MID) on the sale of the Chifley Tower office complex in Sydney and the Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast. International real estate giants Morgan Stanley and Singapore’s GIC Real Estate bought the properties.

Coudert’s Sydney-based team included partners Lexia Wilson, Mark Williamson and Peter Norman. It advised MID on issues ranging from structuring the transactions, the preparation and negotiation of sale documentation and dealing with cross border issues.
