Linda Manfre is an accredited specialist in family law, and has been practising in that jurisdiction for almost 20 years. Prior to joining Keypoint, Ms Manfre was special counsel in family law at Armstrong Legal.

Commenting on Ms Manfre’s appointment, Keypoint CEO Warren Kalinko said: “Linda’s joining is a fabulous development for our firm.

“As an accredited specialist in family law with almost 20 years’ experience, Linda’s capabilities and expertise are first class, and will only serve to further strengthen our national family law team.

Ms Manfre has successfully represented clients across the full range of family law matters.

She has particular expertise in complex property cases involving high-net-wealth clients, complex company and trust structures, valuation and tax issues, spousal maintenance and child support.

She has also worked alongside many of the country’s leading barristers in these cases, and has first-hand knowledge of how these types of nuanced matters play out in court.

Ms Manfre also has extensive experience in family law issues involving international elements including international cross-jurisdictional property and parenting disputes.

She is admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia and is also member of the family law section of the Law Council of Australia and the Law Society of NSW.

“Despite these challenging times, our firm continues to push ahead with its growth agenda; which is centred on attracting talented senior lawyers to our firm, and we are delighted Linda has chosen to join us,” Mr Kalinko said.
