Five V Capital acquires Zenith Investment Partners
International firm Clifford Chance has assisted in Five V Capital’s investment in funds rating agency and research house Zenith Investment Partners.

Key players: Partner Andrew Crook led a cross-practice team for the transaction, with support from counsel Jacob Kahwaji and Jonathan Halliwell, senior associate Ivo Basoski and associate Alice Bradshaw. The acquisition financing for the transaction was led by Australia managing partner Richard Gordon, with support from senior associate Sherry Khalili and associate Georgia Eldridge.
Deal significance: Five V closed its third growth capital fund earlier this year, and its acquisition of Zenith Investment Partners marks the first deal out of Fund III.
Mr Crook said: “This is a landmark deal for Five V, being their lead investment from Fund III and their second investment in the financial services sector. We congratulate Five V and are very happy to have been able to partner with them.”
