Dentons welcomes competition and consumer partner
Dentons has enhanced its offering for clients with the appointment of a new competition and consumer partner.

Elizabeth Sarofim has joined the Dentons’ partnership, bringing with her experience in advising clients on competition law issues across a wide range of industries.
In addition, Ms Sarofim has experience in securing ACCC clearance for merger transactions and ensuring that commercial transactions are structured consistently with competition law requirements. She also advises ACCC investigations and enforcement actions.
Dentons’ Australia chair Doug Stipanicev said Ms Sarofim’s new role and addition to the partnership adds to the growth of the firm.
“Elizabeth brings a wealth of experience acting for and against the competition regulator and acting for private companies,” Mr Stipanicev said.
“Elizabeth’s practical experience combined with her rich academic background in this area will strengthen Dentons’ national consumer law, competition team and enhance our client services in this specialist area.”
