Seaspan Corporations acquires business operating gas turbines
DLA Piper has assisted Seaspan Corporations in acquiring APR Energy Limited.

Deal significance: Seaspan Corporations, an independent charter owner and operator of containerships, has successfully acquired APR Energy Limited, a global leasing business that owns and operates a fleet of gas turbines.
