Key motivators for joining and switching firms to be uncovered
Lawyers Weekly, powered by Momentum Intelligence, has launched this year’s ‘Legal Firm of Choice Survey’, the results of which are to identify the key factors legal professionals consider when deciding to switch or join firms.

Now in its fifth year, the ‘Legal Firm of Choice Survey’ calls on Lawyers Weekly readers to pinpoint what influences their choice in joining or switching law firms.
For lawyers, this is an opportunity to share – confidentially – what legal employers should be doing to attract new talent and retain existing staff, as well as outline the values or initiatives that are important within an organisation.
The findings from the survey will be revealed following its 31 July close date, and provide pivotal insight into which firms offer the best working environment for legal professionals.
Click here to complete the survey – it takes only a few minutes.
