Dexus undertakes institutional placement
King & Wood Mallesons is advising Australian real estate investment trust Dexus on its newest institutional placement and security purchase plan.

King & Wood Mallesons noted its previous advising of Dexus on equity capital raisings in 2008, 2009, 2015 and 2017, as well as its 2019 exchangeable note offering, its international and domestic debt capital raisings as well as a number of raisings for various third-party capital partners.
