HFW names global management team
HFW has elected a new managing partner and re-elected its senior partner for the fourth time for its 2019 global management team.

Jeremy Shebson will take on the role of managing partner on 1 April, alongside Richard Crump as senior partner.
Having headed up HFW’s Brazil practice, Mr Shebson drove the firm’s recent cooperation arrangement with Brazilian firm CAL, and will replace current managing partner Marcus Bowman on his retirement from HFW after more than 30 years at the firm, HFW has said.
Commenting on his new role, Mr Shebson said he is proud and honoured to have been elected into the role.
“These are increasingly challenging times for global law firms, but I passionately believe in HFW and that through effective communication, innovation, efficiency and teamwork, we can deliver positive and sustainable growth across our entire business,” he said, while thanking Mr Bowman for his “hard work and significant contribution to the firm”.
Mr Crump said “this is an exciting time to be a senior partner of HFW.”
“The firm has changed beyond all recognition over the past few years and we have ambitious plans to continue the growth and development of our practice across our core sectors, services and international offices,” he noted.
“I would like to thank our partners for their continued support in electing me to a fifth term and very much look forward to working together with Jeremy,” Mr Crump continued.
