Lander & Rogers has advised Medibank on its acquisition of an Australian providers of in-home care, Home Support Services.

Deal significance: Home Support Services is one of Australia’s leading national providers of in-home care, according to a Lander & Rogers statement.
The deal involved significant restructure of the vendor group prior to completion, which required legal assistance for issues and negotiation of additional transaction documents.
Legal advice was provided to Medibank on matters related to due diligence, transaction documents and completion.
