Deal significance: Home Support Services is one of Australia’s leading national providers of in-home care, according to a Lander & Rogers statement.

The deal involved significant restructure of the vendor group prior to completion, which required legal assistance for issues and negotiation of additional transaction documents.

Legal advice was provided to Medibank on matters related to due diligence, transaction documents and completion.

Lander & Rogers M&A partner and lead on the deal, Jackie Solakovski said the firm was “delighted to have again worked with the Medibank team in its second acquisition in the in-home care sector.”
