Norton Rose Fulbright has acted as the Aussie legal adviser to Danakali Limited on its London Stock Exchange listing.

Deal significance: Danankali is a Western Australia-based mining company, which focuses on the development of the Colluli Potash Project in Eritea, Africa, and is developing the project with co-owner, the Eritrean Nation Mining Company, according to a statement from NRF.
“We are very pleased to have been able to assist Danakali in reaching yet another key milestone on its path to developing a world-class greenfield SOP development project,” NRF corporate partner Adam Edelman said.
“Our combined corporate finance, project finance and mining offering has provided the full spectrum of support to Danakali as it progresses through its project execution phase.”
