Online digital marketer advised on ASX listing and IPO
Online digital real estate marketing business RMA Global Limited has been advised by MinterEllison on its listing on the ASX and initial public offering (IPO) of its shares to raise approximately $12 million.

Deal: Minters advised RMA on all aspects of the IPO and ASX listing, including undertaking due diligence and chairing the diligence process, drafting the prospectus, obtaining Corporations Act modifications from ASIC and advising on various employment arrangements for executives and senior managers and employee share/option plans.

Key players: The Minters team was led by partner Bart Oude-Vrielink, who was supported by special counsel Sudharshan Senathirajah, associate Hannah Dixon, lawyers Alexander Persano and Scott McKerrow and graduate Caroline Foley.
Deal significance: Speaking about the deal, Mr Oude-Vrierlink said the firm was pleased to have assisted RMA, which he called an “extremely well-regarded player in online digital real estate marketing”, with their listing on the ASX.
