Bain Capital advised on childcare acquisition
International law firm MinterEllison has advised Bain Capital on its acquisition of a childcare business and its various childcare centres.

Key players: The MinterEllison team was led by partner Wissam Abwi, who was supported by partners Stewart Robertson and Jim Fox, as well as lawyers Janet Yeung, Alison Morris, Jeremy Chew, Ashika Binodan, Benji Jacobs, Sam Quinn and Miranda Noble.
Deal significance: The 20 new childcare centres, which are located across NSW, add to the suite of 44 campuses already owned and operated by Only About Children.
