Legal software provider, GlobalX, has announced its partnership with matter management software, Caseflow, in an attempt to provide lawyers and conveyancers with “more flexibility through increased integration”.

According to a statement by GlobalX, Caseflow works by integrating “out of the box” software with leading IT systems to enhance productivity and help legal professionals minimise risk through effective planning and case management.

GlobalX chief executive officer Peter Maloney described the partnership as a “natural fit”.

“Caseflow provides an extremely valuable service to legal practitioners both in Australia and overseas, and we are excited to now offer Caseflow customers with direct access to GlobalX search and settlement solutions, providing increased benefits for Caseflow customers,” Mr Maloney said.

“Our strong focus on technology solutions, shared customers and a commitment to innovation makes this an obvious integration partnership.

“Customers are increasingly demanding integrated solutions, including intuitive technology with the ability to integrate search products, disbursements and documents with their preferred case management software, and this partnership allows us to do just that.

Commenting further on the partnership, Caseflow chief executive officer Brian Smith said that integrating its software with GlobalX’s database will further assist legal professionals to streamline their day-to-day activities.

“This integration will allow more users to access our unique software and reap its benefits, without having to login to - and work across - multiple platforms. Re-keying data is now a thing of the past and information returned from GlobalX is seamlessly returned to your Document Management System or accounts system,” Mr Smith said.

“Caseflow has a strong history of innovation and constantly invests in new technologies to ensure our product delivers beyond expectations.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with GlobalX and know this opportunity will deliver great value for both our businesses.”
