The firm has welcomed Samantha Taylor to its fold, who brings with her over 15 years’ experience.

Throughout her career, Ms Taylor has advised a broad range of clients, including public and private companies and government agencies.

Prior to joining Keypoint Law, Ms Taylor was a director at a boutique commercial law firm. She has also held a lecturer position at Melbourne Law School and Monash Business School, and was a senior lawyer in the commercial property group with Russell Kennedy for several years.

Keypoint Law CEO Warren Kalinko congratulated Ms Taylor on her new role, saying that she will be a valuable addition to the firm’s Melbourne office.

“Sam’s appointment is a key part of our firm’s strategy to grow our Melbourne practice with talented experienced lawyers,” Mr Kalinko said.

“She adds welcome capacity to our property, employment and commercial teams, and enables us to assist our property clients with their developments in Victoria.

“We’re delighted that she has joined our firm.”
