Clean Energy makes largest new property investment
Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC) has made a $110 million equity investment in the Investa Commercial Property Fund.

Deal significance: CEFC’s investment in the Investa Commercial Property Fund is the largest investment in new property that the corporation has made to date.
HSF has advised CEFC on a number of transactions, including its EG Fund Management and Foresight Group investment commitments.
