Deal significance: Future Now Ventures has invested in NowInfinity, an innovative online document management platform for self-managed superannuation funds.

The acquisition was made using a special-purpose vehicle – NowInfinity Holdings Pty Ltd – through a combination of cash consideration and scrip-for-scrip rollover.
