Defence sector acquisition finalised
Micreo Limited has been acquired by an international military product provider, with advice from a global firm.

Deal significance: NYSE-listed company L-3 Communications (L-3) is a leading provider of a broad range of communication and electronic systems and products used on military and commercial platforms.
L-3 has acquired specialised electronic warfare (EW) subsystem provider Micreo Limited (Micreo).
