Australia's largest IT company acquired
Major firms have advised on the acquisition of Australia-based UXC by global IT company Computer Sciences Corporation.

Deal significance: UXC Ltd is Australia’s largest publicly owned IT services company.
CSC acquired 100 per cent of UXC via a scheme of arrangement.
The scheme implementation deed was entered into on 25 December 2015 and implemented on 26 February this year.
CSC is now one of the region’s largest IT services companies, according to a statement from Allens.
