Two global firms have advised on Paine & Partners’ investment in AgBiTech.

Deal: Global private equity investment firm Paine & Partners invested in AgBiTech Pty Ltd for an undisclosed sum.

Global private equity firm Paine & Partners focuses on the food and agribusiness sectors.

According to a release by KWM, Paine & Partners’ strategy is to invest alongside existing owners and managers to combine their insight with Paine's expertise.
