MedAdvisor launches on the ASX

A medical software developer has listed on the ASX and launched an IPO with advice from a national firm.

Deal significance: MedAdvisor Limited (ASX: MDR), which specialises in designing and commercialising software systems for medication management, has made a backdoor listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

The ASX listing involved MedAdvisor International Pty Ltd implementing a reverse takeover of listed company Exalt Resources (ASX: ERD) and undertaking a $5 million public offer, which was heavily oversubscribed.

Shares in the company recommenced trading on 1 December with a market capitalisation of approximately $20 million.
