Law firms drink to water deal
DLA Piper and Maddocks have acted on Waterlogic’s latest acquisition in the Australian market.

Deal significance: Waterlogic Australia is a subsidiary of the US-based Waterlogic group, a provider of point-of-use (POU) water purification systems and dispensers for offices, schools, hospitals, restaurants and homes across Europe, the United Kingdom, North America and Australia.
The deal follows Waterlogic’s acquisition of the Australian business of Just Water International Limited earlier this year, and the acquisition of the Cool Clear Water Group Ltd in 2013.
