Bakers land plum role on capital raising
Baker & McKenzie and a Sydney corporate boutique were the two leading firms on an $80 million IPO.

Moss Capital chief executive and former Lehman Brothers head Glenn Willis will head up Elanor, with Bill Moss, the former head of property at the Macquarie Group, being a non-executive director
Deal Significance: Elanor has flagged that it intends to use the cash from the raising to expand and acquire further funds management businesses. Working capital will also be provided to Elanor. “We were delighted to be instructed by Elanor on its IPO,” said Glanz.
